We're a collaborative of senior practitioners — designers, strategists, producers, and placemakers, who've spent careers building experiences that last. We're lean by design. Every project gets our best thinking, not a team that's still finding it.
● Our story
Collab was built on a simple observation: brand and place were converging, and almost nobody was operating at that intersection.
Experiential agencies were producing impressive brand moments and moving on. Real estate developers were building destinations without a clear language for experience. The two worlds needed each other and rarely talked.
The team behind Collab has spent decades working at every scale of this discipline. National brand campaigns for major entertainment and media companies. Themed and immersive environments. And nearly four years embedded in the pre-development of one of the most ambitious destination projects in the country, working through the vision, identity, programming strategy and pre-development of an 800-acre lifestyle community from the ground up.
That project never broke ground, but it left behind something more valuable than the project itself: a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to shape a place before it opens, and why experience has to be designed from the inside out.
Collab was built on that understanding.
